Reporting A Problem
Our goal is to get your problem solved within 24 hours.

How do I report a problem with equipment that I use?

  1. Report the problem online. Use your laptop or the desktop in the mail room to get online. Our support specialists check the ticket manager often and will fix problems in the order they are received. Use this step-by-step sheet.(Attachment coming 3/26/04)
  2. Call the Help Desk. A student or staff will submit the problem to our online ticket manager and we will fix the problem in the order they are received.
  3. Find us on campus. We will take your report and enter it into the ticket manager system and we will fix the problem in the order received.

How do I get immediate help?

  1. Call the Help Desk. A student or staff will answer your problem on the phone or come to your classroom if we are available. If nobody can take your call, the phone message will offer you the option of paging Tap.

What do I do if I forget my password?

  1. Call or email Kathleen. She can reset your password and send you a temporary one. You will get a temporary password and will need to change it once you log in again.
