| We are NOW recruiting a Fremont High SWAT Team. The SWAT Team will manage our newly formed technology help desk. Students interested in helping students and staff with technology software training and problem solving please contact: Ms. Ferenz, in the Fremont Library. No previous technology skills required. |

NEW! Fremont Help Desk |
| Need tech support? Need to learn new software? Help is just a click or phone call away. We are now using an online ticket system to manage all of our technology needs.
How it works:
- Report a problem via the web. Click on Report a Problem
OR
- Call the help desk and we will take your ticket over the phone. Call extention 2450.
As the program expands this spring we will also offer phone trouble shooting support for software, network, and other related problems. The Fremont Help Desk is located in the library.

This is the symantec site response for the sasser virus. it looks like they have a removal tool to help take the virus off already infected machines.. if the machines are patched up to date then they should not be effected

this is the website. it looks about the same as any other virus use the removal tool then remove and marks in the reg.. after you kill the process

Library Gets New Computers |
| 02-29-04 -The Fremont Library has a new iBook cart with 15 G4 computers for use in the library with classes. On special request this cart can be used for multimedia project in your classroom.
The Library has just received 30 new eMac computers for the lab. We will have to shut down our lab for one week to deploy the new computers. The date is tba.
