Fremont DECA competed with over 700 students from Northern California in a variety of business problem solving and entrepreneurial events and were extremely successful!
Daryl Olsen, advisor, states that he is “proud to announce that our Fremont DECA students reflected great credit upon themselves and Fremont High School at the Nor Cal Regionals in San Ramon, California.”
DECA is a marketing, management, and entrepreneurship organization that strives to educate its members about general marketing, entrepreneurship, and general business strategies and decisions. DECA aims to prepare members for future careers in marketing and business. Over 185,000 high school students in 5,000 chapters, located in the US, Canada, Germany, Mexico and Puerto Rico, benefit every year from DECA.
Mr. Olsen continues to say, “We are extremely proud of all our DECA members and we wish them luck as they prepare for the California State level competitions in March.”
