Approximately 80 students were honored on January 30, 2008 for excellence in their classrooms. The students were nominated by their teachers and represented 6 categories. The occasion was joyous with awards given by the principal, delicious food available for the students and their guests and energized jazz music that filled the air.
The Recognition Luncheon provided an opportunity to share a meal and experience a feeling of community that was memorable and fun.
