Brian Theodore (1987)

Biography

Much like Willie Harper at running back, and Jason Simontacchi at receiver, Brian Theodore simply dominates the career records at his position. Theodore threw for an amazing 3,925 yards in his 30 games at quarterback. His 562 attempts and 282 completions are also Fremont records. Theodore’s best season might have been his junior season, when he nearly guided the Indians to their first playoff spot, only to be foiled by a controversial call in a game against Saratoga. He also turned in an impressive single game effort against Aptos that same fall when he completed a remarkable 14 of 15 passes for a completion percentage of 93%. Theodore was twice an All-DAAL quarterback (in 1985 and 1986), and a 1986 Special Mention All CCS performer.
